Something is broken

Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. If a document is involved, the share link helps more than a screenshot.

Billing, refunds, cancellation

You can change or cancel your plan yourself in Settings ▸ Usage ▸ Change plan. Write to us for anything the portal cannot do, or if a charge looks wrong — see the refund policy.

Your data — copies, corrections, deletion

Settings ▸ Privacy can export everything you have and delete your account outright, without asking anyone. Write to us if you would rather we did it, or if you want to know exactly what is held about you. Requests under Thailand's PDPA are answered within 30 days.

Teams, per-seat plans, studio rollouts

Arranged directly rather than through a pricing page — tell us the size of the team and how you work.
