If VÆST is not what you needed, write to rakan@orions.agency within 7 days of a charge and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain yourself, and having already made documents does not forfeit it — we would rather you tried the thing properly than held back to protect a refund.
Cancelling and refunding are different things. You can cancel any time from Settings ▸ Usage ▸ Change plan, which opens the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for — nothing is cut off the moment you click.
Your documents stay in your account after cancelling. If you want them gone as well, Settings ▸ Privacy exports everything and deletes the account outright.
Past the window we do not refund a month already under way, and we do not pro-rate a partial month on cancellation — cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged again.
That said, if something on our side went wrong — an engine failed, a document you paid for never arrived, a charge you did not expect — write to us regardless of the date. A refund window is for changing your mind, not for absorbing our mistakes.
Usage packs (฿490) are consumable and non-refundable once any part has been spent. Unspent packs fall under the same 7-day window as a subscription charge.
Prices include VAT. ORIONS Creative Co., Ltd. is VAT-registered (0105568063442), and the 7% is already inside the figure you see — ฿390 is ฿364.49 plus ฿25.51 of VAT, and nothing is added at checkout. A tax invoice (ใบกำกับภาษี) showing that split is available on request: write to us with the billing name and address you need on it. A refund returns the whole charge, VAT included.
Nothing here reduces the rights you have under Thai consumer law. Where this policy and the law disagree, the law wins.
