What we store

• Account — your email and a hashed password, held by Supabase (our auth and database provider).
• Your work — briefs, attached file contents, documents, sandbox threads and settings, stored privately per account so your workspace follows you across devices.
• Usage counters — monthly token totals per account, kept for fair-use limits. We do not store your prompts on the server beyond processing.
• Waitlist — the email you submit when requesting access.

AI processing

Documents and instructions are processed through enterprise AI infrastructure partners. Under their API terms, your data is not used to train their models. Our API keys live server-side only — your content never carries our credentials through your browser.

Sharing

Nothing is public unless you create a share link. A share link exposes a read-only copy of that document (and comments left on it) to anyone holding the URL. You can revoke a link at any time from Export → Revoke; revoked links stop working immediately.

What we don't do

• No selling or renting of your data. No advertising trackers.
• No training of AI models on your work — by us or by our AI partners.
• No reading of your workspace by the team, except with your consent to debug an issue you report.

Your rights (including PDPA)

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or full deletion at any time — email rakan@orions.agency. Deletion removes your account, workspace state and usage counters; share links you created are revoked. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

Sub-processors

Supabase (auth + database), Vercel (hosting + serverless), enterprise AI partners (AI processing), Google Fonts (typefaces). Each processes only what its role requires.

The data controller is ORIONS Creative Co., Ltd. (registration no. 0105568063442), 41/175 Soi Nawamin 111 Yaek 3, Nawamin Subdistrict, Bueng Kum District, Bangkok 10240.
