VÆST is an instrument by ORIONS.Agency that crystallizes briefs and source files into working documents with AI assistance. Access requires an active paid subscription (or a complimentary/trial seat granted by ORIONS) and may be adjusted or withdrawn as described in these terms.
These terms are an agreement between you and ORIONS Creative Co., Ltd. (registration no. 0105568063442), 41/175 Soi Nawamin 111 Yaek 3, Nawamin Subdistrict, Bueng Kum District, Bangkok 10240 — “ORIONS”, “we” and “us” throughout. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
You own what you make. Briefs, sources and generated documents are yours, including commercial use. We claim no rights over your output. You're responsible for having the rights to the materials you upload.
AI suggestions are a starting instrument, not professional advice. Review before shipping — you are the final taste check, and you're responsible for what you publish under your own or your clients' names.
Each account carries a monthly usage allowance set by its plan (visible in Usage & cost). Automated scraping, resale of access, attempting to access other accounts' data, or deliberately circumventing limits ends access.
Don't use VÆST to produce unlawful content, spam, malware-related material, or work that infringes others' rights. Thai law and our AI infrastructure partners' usage policies apply to AI processing.
VÆST is provided as-is while in its invite phase; features may change and downtime can happen. We keep your data exportable (Markdown, Word, PDF) so you're never locked in.
To the extent permitted by law, ORIONS.Agency's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months (currently ฿0 during the invite phase).
