Questions people actually ask

What does “a document” mean?

One full generation — a Crystallize, or a compiled Brief. Editing it afterwards, asking Think for a push, exporting it and sharing it are all free and unlimited. You are charged for making the document, not for working on it.

What is free?

The Idea chat. Anonymous visitors get a few messages with no sign-up; a free account keeps the conversation with a monthly allowance. Crystallize and Brief need a plan.

What if I run out mid-month?

Add a usage pack (฿490) from Settings ▸ Usage without changing plan, or upgrade — the change applies immediately.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from Settings ▸ Usage ▸ Change plan, which opens the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

A team, or something bigger?

Per-seat plans and studio rollouts are arranged directly — talk to us.
